1. To endeavour to preserve relentlessly the distinctness of the institution as a Government

     Degree Model College for the tribal students.

2. To observe transparency in academic and administrative aspects, seek maximum engagement

    of the community and stake holders through Alumni, Parents, Staff, Regular Students and

    Outreach/Extension activities.

3. To ensure all-round development of students by amalgamating the classroom teaching with

   co-curricular/extra curricular activities like N. S. S., Sports, Finishing School Training, 

   Saptadhara, Udisha/Placement, CWDC, EOC, Panchprakalp, extension activities, Student Startup
